Selling today is not about convincing people to buy things they don't want or need. It's about building (real) relationships and understanding what somebody needs or wants. Sales has always been about relationships. The difference now is that we have more information and more ways to connect with people than ever before. So, how do you sell like a human in the digital age?
You need to be transparent, empathetic, and most importantly–authentic.
